Position: Administration Assistant

It takes a very particular skills set to be able to effectively handle a training enquiry from a nervous 16-year-old in one moment, then deal with a multi-tiered request from a time-pressed training manager just afterwards. But that’s why Claire is so good at her job. In between this, she finds time to administer the CSR programme and provide practical support to all of her colleagues. Claire brings a calm, reassuring, consistent approach to administration and customer service.
