Position: Administration Assistant

Patricia brings enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong work ethic to our team. As an administrative assistant, she provides valuable support and assistance across various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations.

As a key point of contact for candidates and trainers, Patricia strives to provide excellent customer service and assist with any enquiries or requests, ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with JMD Training.

In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Patricia understands the importance of health and safety in the workplace. She has familiarised herself with the principles and regulations related to our industry, having completed several of our courses, from CSR Training to Fire Warden and First Aid at Work. This knowledge allows her to assist in ensuring that our training programs continue to comply with the highest standards of safety.
